Hayden Schuster was charge of all Digital Marketing for the 2018, 2019, and 2020 Washington State Horse Expo at the Clark County Event Center in Ridgefield, WA. This is one of the top equine events in the Northwest that attracts over 8K horse enthusiasts from all over the Western United States.
Web Design/Development
Created a brand new website from the ground up. Mobile compatibility for a strong on-site digital presence was a main focus. Hayden used his creative skill set combined with his business savvy to create a modern-looking site that could be easily updated to follow strategic marketing campaigns.
SEO/PPC Management
During website creation, Hayden followed proper SEO practices throughout. This is one of the most important aspects when building a new website, so potential attendees can find the Horse Expo’s digital presence when searching google and other search engines. In addition, he used PPC management to double down on organic search, which proved to be massively successful.
Organic Social Media
Equine Education was a main focus for our organic social media campaign. We have a devoted base of followers that show tremendous interest in horse-related content. Hayden worked with others familiar with equine education and told their stories. through video, photos, and partner collaborations.
Google Analytic Services
Data is a powerful language in the digital marketing realm. Many decisions Hayden made throughout his experience was due to anlayzing data, seeing what worked, and doubling down on successful approaches. Building usable data is essential for any business, organization or event to reach their marketing objectives.
Paid Social Media and Digital Ads
The main focus here was online ticket conversions and event awareness. Hayden made sure to use data to constantly improve the Horse Expo’s digital presence across all digital outlets. Throughout this process, sponsor fulfillment was a top concern.
Email Marketing
Creating “value” to our email marketing list was a point of emphases throughout our marketing campaign. We used ticket giveaways, discounts, important updates and other exciting announcements to build our email list leading up to the annual event.
